Preschool All Stars

(Full by Fall) Fill a 2nd Preschool Location! - with MyToia Graham

Episode Summary

Is your preschool filling up so fast that you’re dreaming about expanding—but terrified you won’t be able to fill a SECOND location? If so, you should listen in to today’s Preschool All Stars story! MyToia Graham started as a preschool teacher, joined Preschool All Stars, rented one small church classroom, and opened with 12 children before eventually filling up and starting a waitlist. After building her first preschool, MyToia expanded into a second location, added toddler and kindergarten classrooms, and successfully enrolled families using simple marketing strategies she already knew worked. Want to know how she did it? Listen in to learn: - How MyToia used local mom groups to fill her FIRST preschool—and went right back to the same simple strategy when it was time to enroll her second location! - The open house she was nervous to host that turned into a successful enrollment event—and proved parents were watching even when her social posts got little engagement! - How she found a second location just 8–10 minutes away with three ready-made classrooms—allowing her to add toddlers AND kindergarten without building everything from scratch!
